Language Skills for Banking/Financial Personnel

This programme is designed for managers who wish to improve their English language communication skills for business. It looks at similarities and differences when communicating with people in English in various ways; face-to-face, by phone, fax, email and letter. Information about the specific tasks performed by the participants are discussed and incorporated. Since each programme is tailor-made, some points are emphasised to a greater extent than others.
They may include expanding banking/financial vocabulary, guided discussion on work-related topics/meetings and role-playing: handling clients in various situations.
